learning how to quit smoking through hypnosis.
More than 400,000 deaths in the U.S. each year
are from smoking-related illnesses. Smoking
greatly increases your risks for lung cancer and
many other cancers. Tobacco smoke contains
nicotine, a drug that is addictive and can make it
very difficult, but not impossible, to quit. This free class will be conducted
by Art Leidecker, a board certified hypnotist. Provena Saint Joseph Hospital
has hosted Art many times over the years, and he has helped many
people to stop smoking. Everyone who attends will receive a free CD to
help in facilitating them to stop smoking. Pre-registration is required.
